Visa management
Coming to Spain to study Spanish may not be an easy task. The steps you must take to obtain a study visa may seem complicated, but at FEDELE we want to help you and provide you with the necessary information to make this process as easy as possible for you.
All the FEDELE schools are accredited centers by the Instituto Cervantes.
Having this stamp is an indispensable condition for a school to enter the corresponding Regional Association, and, therefore, be a member of FEDELE.
The Instituto Cervantes only awards the “Accredited Center by Instituto Cervantes” recognition to centers dedicated to the teaching of Spanish that have signed an accreditation contract with Instituto Cervantes, for which they must have obtained a favorable judgment that certifies the fulfillment of the established technical-academic criteria and the legal requirements needed to be able to carry out the activity in the sector.
To obtain the favorable judgment, the centers must submit to an exhaustive and periodic evaluations of the fulfillment of the requirements and conditions of the Instituto Cervantes’ Accreditation System, on the different areas of their activity (academic activity and teaching quality, facilities and equipment, administrative, information and advertising organization).
FEDELE and its quality charter
FEDELE has established an internal regulation that is included in the QUALITY CHARTER, by which all schools commit to follow specific guidelines in all the services they offer (facilities, teaching staff, programs, accommodation, activities…).
FEDELE and the Declaration of student’s rights and duties
FEDELE has approved a DECLARATION OF STUDENT’S RIGHTS AND DUTIES and has instituted the figure of the STUDENT GUARDIAN, who takes care of the claims that a student may have. This system is new in language programs and places FEDELE among the most serious and respectful organization with its students and agents.
