For years, FEDELE has had a training program exclusively for federated centers, which is renewed annually along with the Training Plan, with the objective of offering a list of courses that cover the needs that arise in the different areas of a Spanish as a foreign language school.
The various courses organized by FEDELE for 2021, which are totally free for members of the federated centers, are listed below.
ELE professionals who do not belong to any of our Accredited Centers can register for these courses at an additional cost (prior consultation at info@fedele.org).

What is an Unconference?
It is the youngest format that includes the FEDELE Training Plan. It was born in 2017 due to the need to offer cooperative and collaborative training sessions to Spanish teachers from FEDELE.
The ELE teachers who attend a unconference create worktables about the issues that interest them most about the ELE world and themselves, always guided by an expert on the subject, develop solutions, solve problems and / or create strategies around those issues.
This format allows participants, who already have an experience and are great professionals in the ELE sector, to meet and together carry out a common reflection on their experience and teaching practices. To do this, they must address a series of challenges that lead them to collaborative design and, to public presentation of a fictional ELE learning project in which what they learned during the conference day can be carried out in their ELE classrooms.
Besides developing academic and grammatical strategies or exchange points of view, attendees have the opportunity to optimize their skills to improve groups in the ELE classroom, always attending, at the same time, to the needs of their students.
It is a great opportunity to discuss and reflect on the best way to face the problems and main challenges of teaching Spanish in Spain, discovering among all answers, which perhaps individually or with the usual work team, they would not have met and, in turn, creating cohesion in the sector.

Training Plan
Every year, FEDELE prepares a complete training program for its member centers, with a full agenda of courses aimed at different school profiles. There are three different programs: courses in collaboration with the Instituto Cervantes, courses offered by FEDELE centers under the collaborative program with the Instituto Cervantes, and the FEDELE training program.
Each FEDELE training event is aimed at a specific sector of the Federation, with clear and well-defined objectives. For this reason, there are some general conditions of participation and terms that should be known before starting the registration process.
