In this meeting the main news and improvements of the network of examination centers for 2019 were explained and, it was a great opportunity to transmit suggestions for improvement in the administration and management of the DELE and CCSE tests by both the centers such as the Instituto Cervantes and, consequently, in the quality of our services to the network of FEDELE DELE and CCSE centers.
On January 28, Encarnación Gutiérrez sent a document to our DELE and CCSE centers, which included a summary of the proposals that emerged during the conversation that took place in the final section of the meeting.
