ECELE 2016 – SEVILLA

[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner css=”%7B%22default%22%3A%7B%22padding-bottom%22%3A%2230px%22%7D%7D”][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]The next 7th, 15th and 16th of November will be held in Sevilla the seventh edition of the International Meeting of Spanish Teaching Centers (ECELE) organized by the Spanish Federation of Spanish Schools (FEDELE- Spanish in Spain) with the collaboration of the Ministry of Culture, Turespaña, Tourism of Andalucía, Prodetur and Tourism of Sevilla. This event is also celebrated with the support of Instituto Cervantes for the promotion of the Network of Accredited Centers for the Teaching of Spanish. This event is an action to promote Spain as an educational destination that aims to promote the relations of Spanish schools federated with universities, secondary schools and schools around the world where Spanish is taught and thus increase the number of students who come to our country to learn our language.

In this year’s edition, 42 international Spanish teachers participate of 14 different nationalities, including different European countries, China, the United States and Canada.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]From the 17th, the invited teachers will participate in some of the familiarization trips organized to Andalucía and Madrid with the aim of being able to visit the Spanish schools and the cultural offer of these regions.

The event in Sevilla is developed in a workshop format with pre-established appointments and presentations of the educational offer. In addition to these technical meetings, the program offers cultural and gastronomic events that allow participants to know the most outstanding of our offer in programs of cultural and linguistic immersion.

FEDELE is the Spanish Federation of Associations of Spanish Schools, currently has 88 schools spread throughout the national territory. All FEDELE centers are accredited centers by Instituto Cervantes for teaching Spanish as a foreign language. In 2015 more than 90,000 students, with an average stay of 2.8 weeks, took Spanish courses at FEDELE schools.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row]
