Emilia and Encarnación attending the popular inaugural ‘training workshop’, this year dedicated to the management of the work group and how to optimize the working environment in a team. In addition, they attended several workshops about the teaching of a foreign language, conserving and optimizing certain quality standards and the evaluation of listening skills. On Friday night, they attended the EAQUALS official dinner where they had the opportunity to meet and exchange impressions with other professionals from the linguistic sector.
Right after Saturday’s lunch, FEDELE gave a workshop in which the federation presented the participants from a training point of view, making use of new technologies and with which it was intended to capture the attention of attendees by promoting the teamwork and collaboration and cooperation between professionals in the linguistic sector and, especially, the Spanish sector in Spain.
In these days, FEDELE also had the opportunity to enjoy the workshop given by Hispania, a Spanish school; Instituto Cervantes and Ane Muñoz, as representative of Grupo Ideal.
