The Federation of Schools of Spanish as a Foreign Language (FEDELE) celebrates the thirteenth convention on May 12 and 13. It is a federated meeting where the working methods are debated and common issues take place to continue working to maintain quality in the teaching of Spanish and language tourism in Spain, set in the pillars of training, promotion and business development.
The event, which will take place at the Hotel Catalonia Gran Vía, will have the support of Turespaña and the Instituto Cervantes, which since 2004 have signed a collaboration agreement with FEDELE, to work on the promotion and dissemination of Spanish culture and language in the world.
.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]The opening ceremony of the 13th FEDELE Convention will be attended by the president of the Federation, Mari Carmen Timor, the secretary general of the Instituto Cervantes, Rafael Rodríguez-Ponga, as well as the deputy director of Turespaña, Rafael Chamorro.
FEDELE is made up of seven Associations of Spanish Schools as a foreign language, which in turn host a total of 84 schools (depending on their geographical location), which are the totality of this Federation founded in 1999.
