Siesta

Siesta is much more than an educational agency dedicated to language tourism.

It was founded in 1993 as a Spanish language school, the first one in our city Gdynia. At the same time we started, as the first in Poland, to import ELE teaching methods and continued as distributors of the best publishing houses (Edelsa/Anaya, SGEL, enClave ELE, Habla con eñe and SM).

We opened a Spanish bookshop in the same building as the language academy, where we soon started teaching other languages: English, French, Portuguese and Italian.

In order to help our students and eventually the students from all over Poland to master the foreign language, we started making contact with many schools in different countries.

We cooperate with a large number of schools and universities in Spain and visit most of them. We worked with many FEDELE centres.

From the beginning we participated in various language tourism events in Spain organised by the tourist offices and FEDELE such as Fam Trips in Andalusia, Asturias, Castilla y Leon, Catalonia and Madrid.

This way we can provide many details of schools, such as location and size of school, course offerings and social activities etc.
