About the School

FreeDa Language Space is located in the district of Gracia, next to the old town that gives its name to the neighborhood, a unique area in Barcelona for its architectural structure similar to that of a village, full of bustling squares, pedestrian areas, bars, quaint restaurants and countless bookstores that contribute to the bohemian and cultural atmosphere of the neighborhood.

This school is very spacious and bright. It has 9 classrooms for 8-10 people each, a projector and a lounge for watching films, doing homework or reading, a kitchen equipped with a coffee machine and a fridge. Classes are held in two time slots, from 9:10 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:10 pm to 6:00 pm. For students, there is a library and free internet access.

Because of its location, you can visit and make class trips to the Casa Vicens, one of the first works of Antoni Gaudí, the Mercat de la Llibertad, the emblematic Plaça del Sol or the air raid shelter in Plaça del Diamant, which contains the historical memory of the city.

To get to the school, the nearest metro station is Joanic (L4), but you can also take a bus or go for a walk to enjoy the charming surroundings.


