{"id":3865,"date":"2016-02-19T08:58:44","date_gmt":"2016-02-19T08:58:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogenglish.fedele.org\/?p=194"},"modified":"2019-07-11T08:26:20","modified_gmt":"2019-07-11T08:26:20","slug":"dele-diplomas-are-for-everyone","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fedele.org\/en\/dele-diplomas-are-for-everyone\/","title":{"rendered":"DELE diplomas are for everyone"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fedele.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/dele_2016_instituto_cervantes_es_400.jpg\" alt=\"DELE\" width=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A few months ago it became officially possible for anyone of any nationality to try for any level of the <strong>DELE diploma<\/strong>, anywhere in the world with a recognized DELE exam centre.<\/p>\n<p>Last November the subjective scope of the DELE which is regulated in the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe\/dias\/2015\/11\/07\/pdfs\/BOE-A-2015-12047.pdf\">Real Decreto 1004\/2015 of 6th November<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0 was widened and now reads , \u201cThe diplomas of Spanish as a Foreign Language (DELE) can be obtained by those candidates who pass the tests of the established exams.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This modifies Article 2 (\u201cSubjective scope\u201d) of the Royal Decree 1137\/2002, 31st October, which regulates the DELE diplomas.<\/p>\n<p>It needs to be remembered that these changes have important consequences on an administrative level:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The sworn statement E\/L2 disappears since nationals of countries where Spanish is the official language are now eligible, if they so wish, to take any level of the DELE examination.<\/li>\n<li>The conditions and requirements for enrolment will need to be changed on all documents where they are mentioned: webpages, blogs, social networks, enrolment forms, publicity etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are sure that the widening of the scope of the DELE will be well received by people taking the exam and that it will enable this evaluation system to reach a much wider public.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A few months ago it became officially possible for anyone of any nationality to try for any level of the DELE diploma, anywhere in the world with a recognized DELE exam centre.
